REMI^® was founded in 1976 with the objective of providing a wide range of management services to owners of investment properties. Our goal is to pay careful attention to our clients property and ownership objectives.

REMI currently manages real estate properties consisting of apartment buildings, single-family homes, commercial office buildings, and retail shopping centers.

REMI offers Tenant Placement and full service management or Tenant Placement only. Tenant Placement only (After tenant moves in, you handle rent collection, payment of expenses, maintenance and management of your unit).

LEASING SERVICES and New Tenant Placement

• Place advertising in local newspaper and when appropriate, send
  flyers to other rental agents and corporate clients.
• Prescreen applicants and show the property to qualified prospects.
• Verify credit, employment and landlord history of prospective tenant.
• Prepare appropriate lease documents and addendums for signature.
• Collect all security deposit and rent payments and coordinate tenant move-in.
• Provide you with fully executed documents.
